Smile Your experience with Country Walk, Standard Pacific Homes, in Wesley Chapel

Hope to move to Country Walk in Wesley Chapel this year from out of state. Anyone have experience with the community and/or Standard Pacific Homebuilders? Would love to hear from you! And who do you have homeowner's insurance with? Thank you!

Standard Pacific Homes is a good builder for mid range homes. I live in their Seven Oaks community and have no complains.

Country Walk - it's not my favorite but then there are people who says its not that bad there either...check out more detail on this discussion:

Hope it helps

I own a home in Seven Oaks and it is a great community and the CDD and HOA fees are very reasonable. The location is one of the best since it is close to the Bruce B. Downs and St Rd 56 and I-75. Close to all 3 malls and other shopping.
There is website for Country Walk that you can log on to and read about the complains and pro's from the home owners them self. To me as an investor after reading it, I walked away although it is a nice looking community but too many renters (sounds strange from a investor maybe, but I'm an investor who wants a nice property which is maintained as the primary home owner should do).
The CDD is pretty high, just like in Live Oak.
