Try Cheval...Nice, higher-end, And less expensive then I ever thought would be possible 3 years ago. It would not hurt to take a look.

It is utterly ridiculous to say that Pasco schools are better than Hillsborough. I've lived in Pasco for the last eight years and have been disappointed in the schools. Most of my neighbors are as well.

The house may be, Im sure the fees to live there cost as much as a mortgage payment!!

I agree about heritage harbor. Its a nice place, villa rosa is nice too though.
