Default Lake Wales > Chalet Suzanne

I know it belongs in another forum besides Tampa, but I was wondering if any of you have been to Chalet Suzanne? I'm planning to take my wife there for our 10 year anniversary and was interested in hearing from folks who've been there and what their experiences were like.

I've been there and had a nice experience as you can walk right from your room to the property resturant for fine dining, both breakfast and dinner. Careful, however, which room you book as some are older than others and have very small tubs. Lake Wales is a small-big town with some additonal local sites to see like the Bok Tower and something called Spook Hill.

Another great spot is the Herlong Mansion in Micanopy, Fl. A wonderful stroll to the small downtown historic strip and a 20 min. ride from Gainesville. I love both these places and have other fave B&B, inns I've stayed at (The Bailey House in Amelia Island, Magnolia Inn in Mt. Dora and so on). Each have their own unique way and offerings about them. Congrats.
