I just got my Section 8 Voucher for myself and daughter. We are allowed a 2, 3, or 4bdr in zip codes 33701-82. Max rent varies per zip code. We would prefer a house, but are willing to go with an apartment if need be. We are currently living in North St Pete, and would prefer to be in the Fossil Park area, if possible, but again, we aren't too picky. I'm a disabled single father that works from home, and thankfully, I am not wheel chair bound, so 2nd floor or multiple stories is fine. I have until Sept 17, 2021 to use this voucher, with one 30 day extension, so time is of the essence. Please contact me ASAP if you have or know of something that we could call our new home...thank you!!!

Try Emerald Pointe Apartments on 4th Street North. There's a couple other complexes nearby also.

Find a zip code map online and then you will know where to look.

There are Florida properties that have accepted section 8 at this website:

Section 8 Housing List

Or you may type in a zip code at GoSection8.com

And you may also try googling:

LIHTC properties

I don't want to sound off but I don't see anyone renting Section 8 looking for tenants here... I think topic starter need to knock in every door - call around and ask.
