Gulfport housing (Tampa, Ruskin: real estate, mobile home, price)

Hello,
I am interested in finding a home in Gulfport to leave Ohio during the winter months. I have seen on-line some pretty cottage vintage homes. Most of them have been priced too high for my budget. Does anyone know about the Beachway mobile home park? How close is it to downtown Gulfport? Do homes come up on the market? General impressions about the friendliness of the park? If activities are offered? Are there other mobile home parks in Gulfport? Thanks so much.

Hi, can I ask what your price-range is? ... and what specifically you are looking for?


If the Tampa area is what you want, Gulfport certainly is nice, but it's going to be a bit more expensive. Another place that's like half the price is Ruskin, Florida.





If you can give a price range, and your desires / dislikes... that can help drive the discussion. There are a lot of real estate agents that watch these threads.
