Looking to move within FL and need suggestions.
My husband and I live in Cape Coral, FL and are looking to move somewhere in the general Tampa vicinity, it could be anywhere from Sarasota to Crystal River. I work from home and he works on tug boats so we can work from anywhere. We want to find something on a canal or nearby the water for boating activities. Mainly fishing and deep water fishing, some backwater areas. We want an affordable (under $275k) 3/2/2 home or larger in a safe neighborhood. We'd prefer somewhere that we can keep our boat on the property or have a dock. We'd like to be near ammenities like shopping and a larger city area but not be right 'on top' of the neighboors like we are now. I've also thought about looking into Jacksonville. Any suggestions?
