I posted this in the general Florida forum, but the Tampa forum might be a better place. I want to know the distinction among the cities of Wesley Chapel, Land o Lakes and Odessa. All are in close proximity, but is one nicer than the other? Which one is more family oriented and safe? Are they all part of what is known as New Tampa? Thanks for all info.

I can tell you they they are not part of New Tampa, New Tampa is just a section of the most Norteastern part of the city of Tampa. I have a brother in Wesley Chapel, and friends in Land o Lakes. My brother and his wife are screaming to get out of Wesley Chapel because of the congestion, and abundance of growth-this infrastructure(roads, stores) has not caught up yet. My friends in Land o Lakes love it there, it seems more rural, but thats my opinion. Im not familiar with Odessa.
