Default Valrico to Tampa Commuting Options?

I'm pretty sure I know this answer, but I'm asking it anyway in hopes of being surprised.....

What are the commuting options for traveling from Valrico to Tampa other than car, foot, bicycle, horse and buggy, and helicopter? All I can find is a bus where the last trip out of Tampa is around 5:15.... What's up with that?

Also, what are the tolls on the crosstown like from Valrico to downtown Tampa? I seem to recall getting hit up for $1.75 and $1.25 going one way.

Thanks!

You can't really use the words "public transportation" and "Tampa area" in the same sentence. It's virtually non-existent. If you're out in V-Rico, your best bet is Brandon Blvd. (Hwy. 60) to Falkenburg Rd. to the Cross-Town and they'll hit you up for $1.75 - $1.50 if you have a Sun-Pass. I moved away from the area 6 months ago, so maybe the tolls have gone up, but I thought they were worth it. My commute to downtown Tampa from Brandon was usually 15-20 minutes.
