I seem to be in the same question, so hopfully, everyone can help me out as well. I have scheduled to look at some homes in Spring Hill.
I am a married man with a wife and two children. I am looking to accept a new position with an insurance company and will work out of my home. The areas that I will service will be Tampa, down to Sarasota, and as far over as Winter Haven. My wife and kids will remain in Ohio for one more year while my daughter finishes high school. We promised that we wouldn't make her move. When they do move down in JUne of 2009, my son will be entering high school as a freshman. My wife is in the medical field and will be working out of a hospital or physician's office. We are looking for a 3 to 4 bedroom home, 2 bath, garage and in ground pool in a SAFE neighborhood in a GREAT school district. I read a lot of the replies from the lady looking to move to Wesley Chapel. Income level will be around 90,000.00 so what can we expect to get with that ? We don't know much about costs, insurance, taxes, etc. Schools and Neighborhoods are very important to us. Can anyone else out there help this poor cold northern boy...... Thanks Scott.

Where would be a realistic location to rent an apartment within 45 minutes or less? (It is just off the Suncoast Pkwy) I'd like to live in an area that is close to shopping, restaurants, starbucks, movies, etc. rather than in the country. The Trinity area on SR 54 really seems to have some possibilities. Are there any other areas that might fit my description? Would Citrus Park be really far? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! I really want to get out of Southeast Florida! Can't wait to hear from you!

Thanks so much!!
The consensus seems to be Hyde Park for 30s professionals though I'm heading to downtown Ybor just to be different.

BTW, I have lived in Ann Arbor, so I know that Michigan and Miami are worlds apart, but I have since learned to appreciate the South American culture because I met a lot South American friends up in Canada. If nothing else, most of them can dance and have a great time.

We will be moving to the Tampa area in about a year. We have an adult son who is intellectually disabled and lives in a group home. We need to find services for him, employment and a group home. Does anyone know where we can start in Tampa to find services for him?
