Default Are home values in Wesley Chapel dropping faster than other Pasco areas?

I have been looking at houses in Land O' Lakes, Lutz, Odessa, Trinity, etc and decided to check out Wesley Chapel. It seems like the values of houses are dropping a lot more in WC neighborhoods. Is this true? Is it because there is so much more traffic or what is it? Is Meadow Pointe still considered a great place to live?

I can't answer your question since our main interest and all our properties are in Wesley Chapel and we love it here. When the 3 malls will be open it only will be better. The only reason I can think of is that many communities were build in '04 and '05 and many people had ARM's or mortgages that were too high, so maybe more short sales and foreclosures because of that.

I wouldn't move....we really like it here!!
