Default Good starting place for a newbie in Tampa...

Hi there, I may be moving to Tampa, although I am still fighting just getting out and heading out to Denver, and am interested in finding out more about where would be a good place for someone just seeking an average job, 30 yrs old, single male.

I am not looking for a hook-up spot...per se, but more about just being in a place that is conducive to the "newbie" in town having fun, getting to know the community in a somewhat safe area. I don't think that Tampa is KNOWN for it's crime anyway. Any input you may have to help me out 400 miles away in Key West would be great...

Or should I just suck it up and head out to Denver!?!

Thanks in advance...

S. Tampa is where you want to be. There are lots of places to go and the area is pretty safe. There are lots of info on S. Tampa by Tampaguy. He is our resident guru on S. Tampa.
