We own an MI home that we bought almost 2 years ago. We have had very minor problems. Whenever we did have a problem, they sent someone out within 2 days and fixed it. One problem we had was our magnolia tree had wasps in it. This was in our front yard. Normally they do not warranty landscaping but they gave us a new tree. It was a health hazzard for anyone walking into our house. I would recommend MI.
