I am looking to make a move to the Clearwater area.
Could someone help to answer a few questions?
The area I am looking is Clearwater/St.Pete's/Sarasota.
What is the average price for a single home 2 or more bedrooms,1 or more baths?
What is the average yearly tax bill for this house in these towns?
What would the average insurance bill be?
How is flood insurance determined?
