Hopefully by the end of the summer from DC... Can someone recommend where to move to. would like to be less then a hour from the beach and would like to rent for the first year or purchase under 350k. thank youfor your help!!! We are a young couple not oncern with schools at this time.

I'm only familiar with Hillsborough County and know that you can get brand new construction in South County for less than 350k(3/2). Riverview, Apollo Beach, Ruskin areas are all being built up, and are directly close to the Bay, hop, skip and jump on the Crosstown Expsy to downtown Tampa, and about a 35-40 minute jaunt over the Skyway Bridge to Pinellas County Gulf Cosat Beaches(Fort Desoto, Pass-a-Grille, St. Pete Beach, Treasure Island), or the Manatee/Sarsota beaches less than an hour.
