Upcoming Young Professional Activities??
I'm 33 with a degree in psychology. I’m originally from Canada but grew up in Vermont / Connecticut. I'm fairly new to St. Petersburg and am having some trouble meeting people that haven't left the frat parties behind. As much as I enjoy / join in the occasional rowdy get-together, its also nice to talk to mature, educated people from time to time. I've found it easy to meet men (i.e. the opposite sex) but finding female friends (platonic) has been more difficult. Are there any upcoming young professional activities happening near St. Pete?
