I helped a family purchase a Roxburgh V in December 2004. I have a floorplan. Last I talked with the homeowner (Sept 08), they were very happy with their house, but the neighborhood has a few short sales.
At the time of their purchase, there were no HOA docs. All I know is what the homeowner has since told me (he installed a screen enclosure before the docs were done and after the docs were done they called for a different color material). The community has few deed restrictions and the annual fees reported in MLS are $750.
Morrison had five different floorplans in Arista: Amberly, Normandy, Roxburgh, Sheridan, and Wilmington. The site plan has 70 lots.
