Whatsup everyone. Just wondering if Tampa is the type of place where I could get around primarily on a scooter like a vespa? Also, is Tampa kinda funky and laid back? I think people think of Miami as this wild and carefree place but to me the whole scene down here is very cliche, and conformative. I don't know, it might be "wild" but its very much a Hollywood prescribed, corporate kind of wild in the sense that most of the fun things aren't really all that cultural, but kind of centered around things that MTV would find cool....yawn. But anyway, just wondering about the scooter mainly. Thanks
