It's funny I like to see myself as a fairly resourceful person when it comes to finding affordable and fun things to do on the area on any set day. Considering the fact that I have the day off from both of my jobs I was hoping to find something fun and unique to do with family. Problem is that after hitting up the tbt websight as well as the local area web sights I have been unable to find anything that seems worthwhile. Does anyone else have any insight into this? I was trying to avoid the standard museum,zoo, and aquarium thing. I'm thinking that maybe there is nothing really going on till this weekend.

What about Tarpon Springs? Good food and you can go out on a boat (for a fee) to see them harvest sponges. Be sure to try the desserts..
