People here have already told me that Tampa has better beaches than those on the Atlantic, but I wanted to know something else. I'm gonna be on a budget this year, but I still want to go on spring break. I never been! Which beach in Florida is the best for my buck? I plan on having a budget for $400, give or take. I enjoy parties and stuff, but I'm under 21, and I don't like really dirty cities.

Any ideas?

For your money, stay in Tampa. You may have to think outside of the box being under 21, but there should be plenty of activities available to you that do not require alcohol.

Clearwater Beach is famous for spring break. As Nitokenshi says, Daytona Beach is, too. And look into Panama Beach as well. Wherever you decide, have fun and most of all, be safe.

Tampa itself doesn't have any real beaches, unless you count the ones along the bridges. You'd want to go to one of the Pinellas County cities.
