I'm posting this for my mother who lives in the Brandon area. She is planning a bathroom remodel. She was about to pay the Big Box prices at Home Depot or Lowes, but I told her she needs to find a referral. I know that people in the construction trade are hurting right now. I think she'd be able to get a much better price and be able to help someone who needs the work. I am a Realtor in another state and always have "a guy for that" when people need referrals. Does anyone have any good referrals for someone to do tile work, cabinets, countertops (maybe even scrap granite), sinks, plumbing fixtures, etc... You can either post to the thread or send me a DM.

I have just had my condo totally remodelled and used a guy who is verygood, he may need help with tiling, but I had a guy for that too.
