Default no $ moving to Gulfport?
Looking for help. Have home up for sale in North Idaho and want to relocate to Gulfport. Looking for a small house to buy close to art district.Not even sure where art district is? Are there any homes for under $75000? 2 bedrooms are fine.Must be safe neighborhood for single man . Like to walk alot. Can you walk to beach from Gulfport? If so how far is it?drdoolittle4

Tampasteve is on a distinguished road
There are some fixer upper homes in Gulfport for under $75K and there is a beach on the intracoastal in the downtown area but it would be a long hike to walk to the Gulf from downtown Gulfport. Gulfport is wedged in between a gated private community and a tough neighborhood so you do have the inflow from both groups. I am guessing Idaho is quote different than Tampa Bay. I would recommend renting for a while until you figure out if Gulfport is a fit.
