Post Lutz area sunset ln and livingston intersection

Hi,

We saw a nice property at sunset ln and livingston intersection and were planning to buy . Before we do that, we wanted to know about schools and area. There are only 9 homes in the small community of 1/2 acre lots. Only one is being sold now and we will be the second one to buy there if at alkl we buy.How is the edcation at Lutz elementary? Are there any good after care places around? How is the crimerate? Is the place kid friendly? We were thinking of fishhawk first but for 2 reasons we droped the idea. 1. My wife woorks in Tampa and from fish hawk its a 30 m,ilesdrive ne side (Itis about 17 miles from Lutz).2. We were getting a newer/bigger home with all upgrades in Lutz.

Do you think Lutz is a better area than riverview/fishhawk? When the market goes up (Hope it does soon), woukd you think the house in Lutz will have more value than rivervoiew/fishhawk?

Thanks in advance for all the answers!!
