I am pretty sure that we have settled on Wesley Chapel area.

But I have a question about Wesley Chapel...If you had to describe it in a sentence what would that sentence be??????????
I am not going to do the one sentence thing, but want to make a comment. We used to live in Dade City, just a few miles north of WC, and my husband commutes to Tampa. There is NO WORSE commute from any other direction than this (north). Traffic is unbelievable horrible. The roads just cannot handle all the traffic from all the building they have done in the area over the past decade. Wesley Chapel can be a fine place to live if you do not have to commute to Tampa every day. We actually now live in SARASOTA, twice as many miles as we used to live before, and he makes it to downtown Tampa in LESS TIME. Just a heads up.

Thanks for the insight...but like I have said before...My wife and I both leave for work sooooo early in the morning that traffic is not a real issue and we come home late so here again...not an issue. I have heard a lot of issues concerning the traffic in this area but I do believe that due to our schedule it will be no biggie. When we lived in Orlando we traveled the 408 and I4 which everybody knows is a complete disaster during morning commutes but it was always a empty road for us.
