It's an Ok community, prices are very reasonable now. I have few co-workers that live there, and it's not far from the New Mall, upcoming area ....

Which New River do you mean. Because New River on St. Rd 54 is located in Wesley Chapel.

If you are talking about the one on St. Rd 54...;

There is New River fase 1 and fase 2. New river fase 1 has no CDD and fase 2 will have a CDD.

It is a nice community with a HOA that isn't too high. When St. Rd 56 will be extended which is almost ready, it will be so fast to get to the Bruce B. Downs. If you need to get North you can take a short cut by taking Curley road.

Since new stores have been opened the location is getting better and better and there are some great deals if you want to buy a home. Also the school district is pretty good and you can choose if you go to Wells Road for the public schools or the New River elementary and you can choose from the Meadow Point schools. New River doesn't have any gangs which Meadow Point has....
