FYI, I've used netflix since it first went live about four years ago (maybe more, time flies...). I receive about 24 movies a month for $16 or so. That means I have received/sent back about a thousand dvds since I became a member; I have never gotten charged for a movie that got lost in the mail. It has happened, sure, but there's just a little box you click that says "My movie never arrived" or "my movie never made it back" and they just send the next movie on your list out.

Us too, we've been members for years and have never been charged for a DVD that has not been returned. Netflix is the best

Definitely: never had a problem with Netflix.
Plus, redbox sounds way to much like an exotic disease.

Heck, I've lost a DVD and told Netflix and they didn't charge me.

I've never had an issue with Redbox. I usually use their free Monday movie codes and the ones they had on Wednesdays during the month of March.

Oh yeah, and I agree with the PPs, if you want a specific movie just reserve it at the Redbox you want online. That's how I got Twilight when it first came out, much to the dismay of my husband.
