Relocating from sc

I actually live in the wesley chapel area. Well, I will live there come this friday. My wife is already there and says she really likes the area so far. Alot of people will tell you the traffic from there to downtown area is horrible but we go to work so early and come home after rush hour that it isn't a huge deal for us. My wife has told me that the traffic is not bad when she leaves and comes home.

I believe that name of the neighborhood is "the Hampton's". But don't quote me on that. I will verify that next time I talk to the wife. But she looked at about five or six different areas around there that were gated and liked most of them. We picked this place cause it was a new construction townhouse with a lot of square footage. She loved the apartment complex called Windsor Club at Seven Oaks. It comes with a lot of amenities and is close to some great shopping from what I'm told. But for us...we prefer the townhouse feel. Nobody living on top or under you.

We basically called a realtor and told him what we were looking for and he showed us what he had.

I would strongly suggest lining up some work before you go. I am not sure if you have checked out the market for monitor tech/sec in the area but there are a ton of hospitals in the area.
