Default which town is better?

Palm Harbor or Lithia? I keep seeing positive remarks about both of these towns especially the schools so I wanted to see which is better for us to move to?

I know nothing about Lithia, but I can offer my experience and knowledge of Palm Harbor.
University High School is a top rated school-Pinellas has school choice though, so it doesn't so much matter where you live in regards to schools.
I've met a family that live here, but kids attend Safety Harbor Middle schools-also rated high.
Scenic and recreational:
about 15/20 min. from Clearwater Beach
Honeymoon Island, Chestnut, Anderson, and Wall Springs Parks
About 20 min from Fred Howard park and beach in Tarpon Springs
Pinellas trail for biking
Lake Tarpon

shopping:
eveything is close,
Though Palm harbor is large and it depends where your home is,
this is the first time in my life that I could literally walk to restaurants, church, grocery store, bank, shops, and Drs. office if necessary-and I don't live within walking distance of downtown Palm Harbor.

I have been exploring and there are some lovely neighborhoods, depending on your lifestyle, personal preferences, and price range.

I would check out the Rental market if you are going to rent, or the taxes and homeowners insurance if you are going to buy. I know lithia is cheaper in both. I would not live in either city,
