Default Looking for home in lakeland

We are planning on moving to lakeland-we want to buy a house and will pay in full when we buy the one we like. We had a house picked out but it feel through so now we are starting over. Does anyone know of any newer homes (made after 1999) with 3-4 bedrooms and pool in lakeland that is for sale? Our range is 135-175K - if you do know of any please contact us

There are a couple of homes in the Sleepy Hill area that are for sale... some around that price range. New homes build just a couple of years ago.

More houses for sale in Lakeland than you can shake a stick at...many in your price range and built in the time frame you require. Do you not have a good realtor searching for you? I'd think they'd be "hungry" and very eager to help you.
