Does anyone know the names of any newly constructed/nicer luxury apartment complexes in Tampa? I'll be working in the 33602 area and wouldn't mind driving 10-15 miles to work. The one bedroom condos in S. Tampa are just a little too expensive to not have much square footage. I've searched on ApartmentGuide, but it's really hard to tell which ones are some of the nicer complexes. I know there has to be a few in Brandon.?.

try looking on apartments.com
That's where I go, and for the most part, they're really good. I really don't like looking at other websites because I just don't trust them as much as apartments.com Hope that helps.

Yes, my daughter's school is down the street from there so I have watched the community pop up. I wasn't sure when you guys were opening, but I did see a sign that you were currently pre-leasing.
