Wesley Chapel Apartments????
Are there any decent apartments in the Wesley Chapel area? I know a lot of neighborhoods are poping up there but didnt know if any apartment complexes are?! It doesnt even have to be in wesley chapel, we just want a decent, nice apartment some where in the North Tampa or towards Wesley Chapel with easy access to I-75. Any suggestions???

There are a TON! My wife searched through pretty much all of them and found most of the complexes very nice although she felt the apartments were also very small. We actually found a townhome to rent, new construction in a gated community that is about three miles from 75. So if you look around you may find more bang for your buck that way. As far as straight up apartment complexes go she like Windsor Club at Seven Oaks but again...the apartments were really small and right off of the main road so not the most quiet. There are a few areas that are kind of tucked back but still very convenient to everything.
We have been in this place for a week today and could not be happier. Good square footage and off the beaten path so it's very peaceful! Takes me 5 minutes to get on 75. Plus it was about 150 bucks less a month than Windsor Club. But it is all what you are looking for!
Best of luck.

You have Delano apartments next to the Town Homes at "The Bay at Cypress Creek" and you have "The Windsor Club", at Seven Oaks.
Look on Craigslist some Town Homes have a garage for the same price as an apartment and you won't have to deal with some one above you playing basket ball...

They even helped me prevent from getting a potential tenant that was evicted at their place due to trashing the apartment and non payments....when I showed up with the background check forms they informed and precvented me from having to deal with the same as they had to deal with!

There is no website. It is not a "rental" neighborhood. All of the townhomes are individually owned but of course a few are investment properties so they are open for rent. We went through a real estate guy. If you are interested in that I can direct message you his contact info. That is one of the nice things about it...most of the people we have meet own their place therefore I believe a little more pride is taken in the area.
