Hello, new here. Seeking info on the above area. Have potential job in Northeast but prefer a town with newer homes.

Which area is nearby (within 20 miles) of Old Northeast but newer developments, possibly gated community?

thanks.

Hi & welcome. There are many areas to choose from. However, milage isn't the best measure down here. I can tell you that in most directions, 20 miles would take forever! Many commutes to St. Pete involve non-highway type stuff... traffic light after traffic light after traffic light. Are you looking for a 30 minute drive, hour drive, etc?

The Westchase area has a lot of newer neighborhoods and some are gated. The drive is definitely under an hour I think to St Pete. Much of Pinellas and South Tampa are older... sounds like you're looking for homes build maybe since the late nineties?
