Default Teacher needing advice

Hello all if you are not a teacher, you can stop reading as this post will bore you. I have a couple fo questions for any teachers out there.

1. What is the job market looking like for a middle school LA/ SS teacher who coaches 3 sports?

2. Do the middle schools out there have sports?

3. Would I have to get a Florida certificate before I could teach in Fl?

Thanks so much for any help.

1. Not so good right now. Budget cuts have prompted some Bay area counties to lay off teaching staff--even extending to the often short supply of Science and Math teachers.

2. Yes.

3. Yes. Read about it here: Certified Teacher or Administrator

Good luck!
