Morning guys! I have been doing non stop research on the Lutz and surrounding areas. Can i get some opinions on the area? Im looking for a non commercial spot near Tampa, maybe 15-20 minutes away, nice neighborhoods and possibly a good recommendation of school(s) if you dont mind.

You will probably get more of a response in the Tampa forum. When I first moved to Florida we went to Land O' Lakes, which is right next to Lutz. It's okay there, but I honestly didn't care for Tampa in general. I ended up moving to the Daytona Beach area. Lutz and Land O' Lakes were about the same, only Lutz is in Hillsborough county so it has MUCH higher taxes and homeowner's insurance rates. You will save yourself a lot of money by crossing the street into Pasco county and going to Land O' Lakes. If you like a small town right outside of a big ghetto filled city then Land O' Lakes (and Tampa) is your place.
