Hi all!

I have been browsing through the forum and found other posts regarding St Croix apartments but the most recent one is from last year. So, I wanted to see if anything has changed - hopefully it has!

My husband and I are moving there next month. We are moving from Kansas. When visiting the place it seemed so nice and perfect. But now I've been searching online and have found some rather disturbing reviews on the apartment community.

So I was wondering if anyone here knows anything about it? Is it really as bad as some of the reviews on ApartmentRatings.com (http://www.apartmentratings.com/rate...partments.html) claims it is?

My husband is currently deployed so I will be there alone for quite a few months. I need to feel safe and secure! Any info about the apartments or area in general would help!

Thanks so much.

I have been here a month and its been great for me. You cant believe everthing you read, there is always two sides to every story and most of the time all you hear is the bad news never the good. If some of the things you have read , like the guy who lived at St. Croix for 5 years but ended up gaving a bad reveiw. Question why would he live there for 5 years if it was that bad? Dont believe everything you read is why answer to you

Cool Thank You

Thanks for the response! I was beginning to think I was invisible here.

We did decide to go with Oak Ramble instead though. We just had too many issues with the St. Croix management beforehand and it turned us off. We love Oak Ramble though and it's only about 2 miles down from St. Croix. We got a bigger apt for the same amount of money.

I live in Grand Reserve and like it. However, we just bought a house, so we are breaking our lease, but we have a 3 bedroom that is 1800 sq. ft. Quite large for an apartment. While it states it's a 3 bedroom, we have a bonus room that is the size of a bedroom (4th bedroom), and a family room in addition to the living room. It's on BBDowns.
