The Pointe at South Florida (Tampa: condo, living in, move to)

Hi, Does anyone knows about this condo called The Pointe at South Florida, near USF? Is it a good place to live? I am from Brazil and I will move to Tampa and I don't know nothing about it.

I am living in the Pointe now, and it is OK. Not fancy, not quiet (necessarily) but it is the cheapest you can find near USF in tampa If you would like more advice about it, email me at m i k e t h e z i p p e r @ ya ho o DOT com.... without the spaces obviously, i hope that confused any automated email getting thingies
