Default Driving to Downtown Tampa

I am considering a few areas to move to in the Tampa Bay area. Could any one kindly tell me how far the following places are from Jackson st in Downtown Tampa?
  • Wimauma
  • Avelar Creek in Riverview
  • Southfork
  • Moss landing in Riverview
  • Oak Creek in Riverview
  • Boyette Springs
  • Lithia
  • Fish Hawk
  • Temple Terrace
  • Pinellas Park
Kindly let me know if you actually travel from the aforementioned areas to work in Downtown.

Thanks!

I actually looked at moving to Lithia and Fish Hawk, but that drive out of the area to 75 seemed like a nightmare. Someone who lives there can chime in.

I did live in Riverview, however, it was north Riverview near Brandon. It was so convenient, I hopped on the Crosstown and was in downtown Tampa in 15 minutes.

Waimauma is down in south east hillsborough, Apollo Beach would be much easier to get to downtown.

Riverview is a very fast gropwing area and bypasses the forever ongoing road construction and back-ups that Fish Hawl and Lithia would give you. There are all kinds of neighborhoods, so look at school grades if you have kids to sellect house. Apollo Beach may be just a slight bit longer. Values a bit lower? But also a booming area untill the recent bust. This is a GREAT time to be buying a house here. The bubble burst is at it's peak right now. Just do your research if you buy. Get a newer house built to better codes.
