Default Comments on BellaSol in Apollo Beach
My wife & I are considering a move to the Tampa/St. Pete/Clearwater area for retirement. We want a condo with a water view. I found BellaSol in Apollo Beach on one of my searches. It looks very nice but I also found a website that indicated that the developer was bankrupt and that the condos were being auctioned. Does anyone have any information on this development? Also, any comments on Apollo Beach?

We stayed in Bella Sol in Dunedin. Was a bankruptcy-units have been remodeled very nice but expensive in todays market. 2 pools, but no landscape. waterfront location.

Bella Sol (2 words?) in Dunedin is not at all affiliated with BellaSol (1 word) in Apollo Beach. The developers are NOT bankrupt. Bank of Florida is backing them and seeing them through this tough market. They are even offering a terrific mortgage product -
with 15% dn 30 yr fixed at 4.75%. The landscaping is beautiful - huge palms and more. 4 were closed in the last 60 days, and 2 more under contract. Over 2/3 sold.
