Default Help...were coming your way!

We too are in the process of moving to Florida for my husbands job. We need a 4 bedroom house. We have 3 girls, ages 13, 5 and 4 so we need a place which has a youth sports as well as activities to do. We would like a pool with a house or live in a neighborhood which has a pool, club house ect. We would like to live within an hours drive from Coleman. The price needs to be no higher than $250,000. Any ideas??? Thanks!

Try North Tampa area, near to I-75. Coleman is quite a long way from Tampa though.

How far do you think Coleman is from Tampa area? If it is longer than 45 minutes, any ideas on areas closer to Coleman that would be good for raising a family?

I just did a map search and it is pretty far away. You can probably find the house you want in Wesley Chapel/New Tampa, but it's still going to be ~50 miles or an hour's drive.

None- Coleman is in the heart of Sumter County. About 50 miles to Orlando and 60 miles to Gainesville.

Coleman is a small town - I blinked and passed it once.
