If you are speaking of Brookridge on Cortez Blvd in Hernando I know a bit about it.
It is a very nice community. It is gated, has a decent clubhouse with a pool, golf course.
The majority in there are seniors but there are some younger people living in there.
The only thing you do need to look out for is if you are adverse to a bit of noise just avoid homes by the back gate. It is not a drive through gate just a walk through but it is there for the students who live in Brookridge when coming out of school as the schools are right on the backside. It is only noisy in the morning when they go in and around 3 when they get out.
There are a wide range of manufactured homes in there of all ages and sizes.
