Ybor City, Latin clubs (Tampa, St. Petersburg: neighborhood, rating, park)

My sister is coming down for a visit. She wants to visit Ybor City and go to some latin clubs. It is not my scene, but that is what she wants to do. Any recommendations??? She will be here on a Monday and leaving on Friday.

You might do a search for Latin clubs in Tampa. I know there was one in TnC, but I don't recall any Ybor. You might want to check out Tampaguy03's blog/website he has a list of places to go and his rating of them,
