Default McDonald's assist. manager/training positions

Hello everyone,

I was checking for all kinds of managerial jobs in my area and saw that McDonald corp. has posted a lot of positions: assist. manager, training manager and so on and would like to ask if any of you knows anything about them.
It looks tricky, because it mentions the salary after an extended period of training....

PLEASE, let us know if you have dealt with these type of positions before. What is the real story..

Thank you...

I don't really have first hand experience but in the past when I was looking for a job I came across their job postings as well but the job postings I saw said their were paying $8/per hour...

I would suspect they might pay $10 an hour but you probably won't get 40 hours a week.. You also might have to work early AM or late night shift and also work the weekends

Thank you!

It's funny because a big corporation like that posts ads that mention attractive salaries and positions (of course after some training). How can someone take these positions seriously?

Sorry, don't want to be rude, but am a little upset with them.
