No laws on emisions...as of today their will be seatbelt law and I wonder if they now are going to pull over mommies and daddieswith small kids in the front passengers seat who are too small and not allowed to even sit there....how many times do you see kids just go around in the back seat and not older than maybe 5 yrs old...isn't it crazy that a fine has to teach parents what others know is best to keeps their kids safe!

We used to do emissions testing, but then it kind of went away. They'll let anything on the road here.

There is no state inspection on cars, and MANY here drive around on suspended DLs and no car insurance.

FL leads the nation in uninsured drivers, just an FYI.

You see everything and anything on the roads here, it is the land of the lawless.

It is shocking the number of horrific crashes that occur here every week. Usually all drunk and or reckless driving.

I have seen the worst car, truck and trailer on the roads down here in Florida then I have anywhere else.
I think the no inspection is bad, but then again the cops pull people over for safety hazards and that's good.

I'm glad they passed the "no cell phone & texting" law also.

When did this law pass for Fl.?
I'm not against it but I didn't hear anything about it...
