Default Brandon subdivisions similar to New Tampa
We love the New Tampa area, but am interviewing in Brandon. Can you tell me specific zip codes or subdivision names for similar areas in Brandon? Gated communities, townhomes are fine - safe and family oriented.

that brings me to a MLS- which yes, brings up Brandon homes, but doesn't help me with the various subdivisions. Is it off a main road? busy? safe? walking trails? etc.
