Hi, I need to get to Gulf to Bay Blvd (60) and I will be coming down the I4.

Is there a good way to get there to avoid heavy traffic, I haven`t been to the Clearwater area before.

Thanks folks

I avoid the 275 traffic downtown, when on I4 take the hwy 92 ( like you are going to the Casino) follow it for about 20 miles to Memorial hwy turn left, then jump on 60 causeway bridge to Clearwater. You avoid traffic downtown. but it takes alot longer. The downtown is alot better since lot of construction is finished. Expect just a few slow down delays.

What time are you planning on heding through Tampa? It is congested usually M-F from 730-9am and 330 to 7pm, unless there is an accident. With the new construction almost complete, I find traffic usually keeps moving..
