There are many nice homes in Seffner just South of MLK Boulevard that could be considered North Brandon, but still have a Seffner zip code.

Seffner is always on the news on on TBO, it is loaded with redneck white trash. It if isn't drugs it is murders. A nice middle class family that has lived in San Diego and Raleigh has no business or interest in Seffner.

That whole area Seffner, Plant City isn't for everyone. Its hard to tell someone what they would like. Im not sure you would like Brandon. I find it to be an overwhelming mess of traffic congestion. Certainly not someplace someone would be walking thats for sure.

New Tampa sounds more like an area that would appeal to you. You certainly will have shopping and townhouses there. There are trails to walk on and you could walk to shops in the area. The fwy is nearby.

I walk around Brandon with my family but this past year with the crosstown expressway a lot of Tampa types have moved in to take advantage of all the section 8 housing due to the large amount of foreclosures here so now there is trash all over town where before there was none. I'd say Lithia or the south end of Valrico. Too bad about W. Brandon because it was a nice little downtown. I hear those helicopters too. Only been to Kerby's Nursery in Seffner but riding my bike home I was going to say hi to a woman walking the street but as I went by she had a teardrop tattoo and looked like a prostitute, that's the first time I've seen that around here lol.
