Hi! Cleveland here. Trying to transfer to the Riverview site.

How is it? Any advice?

How is the Crescent Park Dr Area?

I understand there are a lot of apartments around there.

Are they decent? Prices?

I don't want to limit my questions to Prog employees but I have

not got much of a response to my other posts, so maybe this will

spark some. Yeah, I know, there are probably a million, " I am moving

to Tampa posts, help! " all the time " but hey! what can I say?

Any advice or suggestions are welcome.

THANKS!

I did not work at Progressive but quite a few employees in the apartment complex I lived in did work there. It is called Springs of Bloomingdale at Bloomingdale and 301. There are lots of other places to rent including some townhome developments that I am sure have rentals. It is a very convenient area to live in.
Anyway, I enjoyed it and I think the one bedrooms started around $700 but lots of different layouts some with garages.

i work at progressive and live in riverview. i love BOTH. there are many many apts, most very very nice. allegro palms is very nice, upscale..quiet, lots to do. many in brandon. the mall is awesome. we are 7 minutes to downtown tampa. everything around here is very very new. lots of beautiful greenery and trees, wide open roads, and very very nice people. i love it, moved here from pittsburgh, to st. pete, then moved to riverview from st. pete because st. pete seemed too busy and crime ridden and old for me. i love this area and love progressive.

Default Great News!

Hey Allegro palm is really a luxurious Condo where you can find a great place to live - the location is just excellent: it is close to I-75 , Brandon, Downtown Tampa and of course it is 5 minutes from Progressive besides you feel like you are living in a resort; you have tons of ammenities two pools, gym, beautiful playground etc...NEVER had any issues with its safely unfortunately I have to move out because of my job..but I definetely recommend it by the way the rent is very decent...If you need an apartment email me I know somebody that has an place to rent sasis77@netscape.net.
