Hi.
I am looking for a good property manager or management company for my house in Lutz, FL. Call me biased, but I think my house is very, very lovely (3br/2ba) with a HUGE yard - about 1.5acres. I don't want to sell it as I absolutely love it and such a piece of property is very hard to come by (a nice home located on even nicer piece of land....all within a neighborhood with great neighbors and no restrictions). I hope to retire there when the cold drives me South eventually...
Does anyone have a good recommendation?
