Can anyone recommend a nice gym in Tampa?

When I visit Tampa I go to the Golds Gym on Waters Ave. Its off of Dale Mabry I think. It's a nice enough gym, not really very big but has what people need to workout. I can't say I found Tampa to have all that many gyms. I think St Pete has several that are the bigger nicer type gyms.

Nobody ever thinks of the YWCA. My hubby has a membership and works out at the downtown branch since he works right downtown. He loves it, and it has everything you need in a gym, plus classes and memberships are very affordable. There are several branches in the area. I am about to start myself at one of the Sarasota branches. People should really check out the "Y"!

Caltas on Gandy Blvd near Manhatten is big, nice gym, and memberships are very inexpensive and no contracts..moth to month. Powerhouse opened downtown in Channelside, and ive only heard great things about that place. The Lifestyles in Hyde Park Village is a see and be seen, but very nice Gym..its a bit too social for me, but lots of nice things to look at
