Default Grand Oaks Apt in Riverview? Anyone?

Hi! I am considering moving from out of town ( Cleveland )

to Tampa Area ( Riverview ) and I have been looking online.

One of the apartments that has caught my eye, pricewise and locationwise this apartment complex seems very reasonable, plus

I emailed the mangager with my personal situation, indicating my

horrible credit, and she said it should present no problem as long

as there are no background check problems, and there are not.

I have good job history, decent income, no evictions, no felonies,

good rental history, all around good cititen, just bad with credit!

And that was my main worry, being able to obtain an apartment.

I am able to transfer to my job with Progressive Insurance in Riverview.

So...if anyone has any knowlege or advice on the Grand Oak Apts,

or on renting with bad credit or apartments in that area, it would be

appreicated! Thanks!
