Don't forget inland areas in Central and South Florida like Okeechobee, Sebring, Arcadia, Bartow, etc.

Say what? Sure would like to meet some of them because I'm constantly teased for sounding so southern. In fact, some people have gone further than fun teasing and have mocked me and indicated my accent is "put on". Nope, not at all. Growing up in NC and attending school 3 years in TN tends to make one sound "southern".
